Webel Informatics Limited (WIL) inviting offer from prospective vendor from IT Enabled Service Provider. The Job to be done for the Govt. Department, Govt. of West Bengal, as described below.

 

Job Specification:

Following activities to be taken for the documents related to Govt. Department.

  1. Maintaining Database for the Beneficiaries

  2. Mail Merging

  3. Printing of Letters / Certificate

 

Specify Rate per page and any other related cost including but not limited to the following-

Document handling – To & from the stock point

Document cleaning & preparation

Document decoupling

 

Taxes to be charged additionally.

 

Interested bidders may submit their bid within 4thFebruary,2019. The lowest bidder will get the opportunity of executing the ITeS assignments as and when the work order will be issued for the said job. The above notice is valid up to 4thFebruary,2019.

 

The offer shall be in a sealed envelope addressed to “M/s Webel Informatics Ltd., 225F, A. J. C. Bose Road, Kolkata – 700 020” superscribed as “Offer for Tender Invitation No. WIL:ITeS:03:2018-19 dated 07/01/2019. Not to open before 4thFebruary,2019”
