Webel Informatics Limited (WIL) inviting offer from prospective vendor from IT Enabled Service Provider. The Job is to be done for office of the District Magistrate in various Districts of West Bengal, as described below.

 

Job Specification:

Scanning & archiving of Office Documents and Retrieval of the same through developed software package.

1. Specify Rate for development & implementation of the Archival & Retrieval Software.

2. Rate for Scanning of each page of A4 & Legal Size pages

3. Rate for Scanning of each page of A3 Size pages

4. Rate for Scanning of each page of Double A3 Size page & Map

 

Specify any other related cost including but not limited to the following-

Document handling – To & from the stock point

Document cleaning & preparation

Document decoupling

 

Bidders are requested to specify rate without GST, which would be charged additionally at the time of invoicing.

Interested bidders may submit their bid within 3^rd May 2018. The lowest bidder will get the opportunity of executing the ITeS assignments as and when the work order will be issued for the said job. The above notice is valid up to 3^rd May 2018.

 

The offer shall be in a sealed envelope addressed to “M/s Webel Informatics Ltd., 225F, A. J. C. Bose Road, Kolkata – 700 020” superscribed as “Offer for Tender Invitation No. WIL:ITeS:01:2018-19 dated 16/04/2018. Not to open before 3^rd May,2018”
