Webel Informatics Limited (WIL) inviting offer from prospective vendor from IT Enabled Service Provider. The Job to be done for office of the District Magistrate in various Districts of West Bengal, as described below.  

Job Specification:
Scanning & archiving of Documents related to Land Acquisition Papers and Retrieval of the same through developed software package.
    1. Specify Rate for development & implementation of the Archival & Retrieval Software.
    2. Rate for B/W Scanning of each page of A4 Size Document 
    3. Rate for B/W Scanning of each page of Legal Size Document
    4. Rate for B/W Scanning of each page of A3 Size Document
    5. Rate for B/W Scanning of each page of A3 Double Size Document

Specify any other related cost including but not limited to the following:
    o Document handling – To & from the stock point
    o Document cleaning & preparation
    o Document decoupling

Taxes to be charged additionally.

Interested bidders may submit their bid within 23th February,2016. The lowest bidder will get the opportunity of executing the ITeS assignments as and when the work order will be issued for the said job.
The above notice is valid up to 23th February,2016.
